Hello, I’m Chantelle, an illustrator by the sea in Hastings.

To keep it simple, I draw cosy, colourful moments. Little scenes inspired by tea breaks, seaside strolls, and the quiet kind of magic you find in everyday life. My work is playful, uplifting, and rooted in the joy of storytelling.

What began as a love for drawing has grown into a practice of noticing, pausing, and translating those feelings into illustration. Whether I’m working traditionally with watercolours and mixed media or digitally in Procreate and Photoshop, my aim is always the same: to create work that feels warm, thoughtful, and a little bit like pressing pause on something precious.

Over time, my illustrations have found their way into children’s stories, greeting cards, bookmarks, prints, and licensed collections. Each piece is made to spark comfort or a smile, and every project fuels my journey of weaving small wonders into art.
