Returns & Refunds policy

All of our products are made-to-order using Print on Demand (POD) production. This means each item is custom-made after purchase, and payment is processed directly with the manufacturer. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at chantelletaylorillustrations@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

Once we verify the issue, we will work with our manufacturer to provide you with a replacement or a refund.

Important:

• Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once approved.

We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business!

Original Artwork Sales
All original artwork sales are final. Due to the unique nature of original paintings, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Photos of the damaged packaging

• Photos of the damaged artwork

• Your order number

Once the damage has been verified, I will work with you to arrange a replacement (where possible) or a refund.

Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact me. I will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund if the parcel cannot be located.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong artwork, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover any return shipping costs.

Colour Variations
Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or device settings. Minor colour variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
