Returns & Refunds policy

All of our products are made-to-order using Print on Demand (POD) production. This means each item is custom-made after purchase, and payment is processed directly with the manufacturer. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at chantelletaylorillustrations@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

Once we verify the issue, we will work with our manufacturer to provide you with a replacement or a refund.

Important:

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once approved.
